The next generation of AI safeguards: Going beyond human-in-the-loop
The concept of “human in the loop” in AI involves integrating human judgment to oversee and validate AI outputs, especially in high-stakes fields like healthcare. While human intervention is a powerful, crucial guardrail, it’s also not enough.
In this session, we’ll explore what it means to balance a human-centric approach to AI with technology guardrails that ensure the safe and accurate use of automation. We will demonstrate how the right AI system for healthcare can enable users to mitigate LLM risks, eliminate hallucinations, improve conversational fluency, and remove bias.
I will share how Infinitus AI is building voice AI to safely automate phone calls. Hallucinations, bias, and not following SOPs is a risk to successfully complete hour long phone conversations, and using LLMs without any guardrails leads to high failure rate.
In order to complete the tasks at hand, it is necessary to guide AI to follow the SOP and avoid hallucinations. This presentation will cover how Infinitus AI has built such a platform and completed more than 5 million phone calls and 100M+ minutes to date.
