Why do I feel like a fraud? My impostor syndrome story

Choose a room in any professional setting and you’ll likely find that over two-thirds of the people in it have something surprising in common. What is it? They feel that they don’t belong. They feel like frauds. They believe they have cheated their way into the room. They feel like IMPOSTERS.
This isn’t limited by rank or success – even high achievers suffer imposter syndrome.
In this talk, we will try to systematise our knowledge of what impostor syndrome is and classify it as not one type fits all.  I will try to show how to overcome it based mostly on my own experience - sharing my own and other people’s stories and breaking down why we sometimes get those fraudulent feelings.
At the end of this session, I hope you’ll understand that you are not alone, and have some personal tools available to you in the future should imposter syndrome rear its ugly head.
