Using AI on Real Projects: Practical Tools for Today’s Project Manager
Artificial Intelligence is no longer a future concept for project managers, it is already embedded in many of the tools and workflows used on real projects today. However, many project managers remain uncertain about how to apply AI in a practical, responsible, and meaningful way without adding complexity or risk. This session focuses on realistic, everyday uses of AI that support project managers rather than replace them.
Through real-world project scenarios, the presentation demonstrates how AI can assist with common project management activities such as status reporting, meeting documentation, risk identification, forecasting, and stakeholder communication.
Attendees will leave with a clear understanding of how to begin using AI immediately in small, low-risk ways that enhance project outcomes while preserving the essential human elements of effective project management.
