Modern Anatomy for Programmers

Do you keep getting captivated by everything digital? New technologies, frameworks, futuristic tech? Yeah, me too.

The thing is, there is a vast amount of topics outside IT, which can be equally fascinating and worthy of exploration by a great analytical mind such as yours. They might also prove quite useful when it comes to maintaining your intellectual and physical capacity when you inevitably grow older and older.

One such subject is human anatomy, specifically that of a musculoskeletal system, as the body is something that we, IT people, often neglect. Because it's all about the brains anyway, right? WRONG! And you will find that out the hard way, eventually, if you haven't already.

Come to this talk to learn about relatively new discoveries in modern anatomy - fascia and fascial system - which give us the tools to reason about human body holistically, as one interconnected machinery that it is.

I will also give you some practical tips on how to utilize this knowledge so that you can stay fit in the coming years and have the energy to be able to keep up with the digital world.
