I worked in data product projects. I worked in data platform projects. Backend, frontend, cloud, on premise. All of these projects had a lot in common, but some of them needed a slightly different focus.
In this session I want to share all my knowledge about the different kind of data projects and also dig again into some essentials of successful projects (and maybe also the not so successful ones ;)). So feel free to remind yourself of the basics, but I am pretty sure that you will also learn something new.
