Participants will experience and participate in ritual using a finger labyrinth as one foundation of the process. Activities will include guided meditation/visioning, inner reflection/journaling, and actively participating in ritual.

Personal inner processes will invite them to evaluate what they would be willing to “set aside for now,” and what to “take back” at the end of the session.

Ideally, participants will enter this experience with willingness, intention, and serious respect for the sacred process. Even a ritual this short can open us into change, and invite us to choose new awarenesses to incorporate within at the conclusion of the workshop.
