Session

Stop. Don't Open Copilot Studio Yet.

The biggest mistake people make with Copilot Studio isn't a technical one. It's opening the tool before they've thought through what they're actually building.

This session is a structured intervention against the urge to jump straight in. Using a simple four-box napkin framework - who triggers it, what it does, where it gets its answers, and what happens when it's wrong - participants work through a real agent idea of their own, then stress-test it with a partner.

The gaps in their explanation tell them exactly what they haven't figured out yet. Most people leave with a sharper idea than the one they walked in with. Some leave realising they weren't ready to build at all - which is the most valuable outcome of all.

Minimal slides. Discussion-heavy. Real stories from real implementations. And no Copilot Studio demo.

You will leave with a four-question framework to validate any agent idea before building, the ability to spot the most common pre-build failure points, and a clearer, more buildable version of your own use case.
