Session

Tech Doesn’t Convince People. Stories Do.

Tech doesn't win hearts, minds, or buy-in. Stories do.
The hardest part of any tech project isn't building it. It's getting people on board. With AI, automation, and rapid digital transformation everywhere, the challenge isn't the technology itself. It's helping people understand it, believe in it, and embrace it.

In this session, you'll learn why storytelling has become one of the most powerful skills for anyone working with technology, whether you're pitching an idea, presenting a solution, leading change, or explaining what you've built.

You'll discover how to:
- Craft audience-centric stories that make technology tangible and relevant
- Position people as the hero of the journey, not the tech
- Use story patterns to drive understanding and adoption
- Connect through relatable scenarios and emotional triggers
- Transform "features and functions" into narratives that inspire action

We'll show how narrative framing turns complex concepts into human-understandable value, reduces resistance, and builds excitement for what's possible.

This session is light on slides and heavy on storytelling (surprise, surprise). Expect practical examples, live demonstrations, and interactive exercises. Fair warning: audience participation is part of the deal.

If you want people to understand, trust, and embrace your ideas: this session is for you.
