There and Back Again - How to connect Dataverse with Fabric in a bi-directional way 🐉

Dataverse is the database powering Microsoft's Power Apps and is loved by millions of users and low code makers globally who are building amazing apps on top of it. It has a long history with Fabric (and its predecessors!) but the focus was always on how to export data. Getting insights back to Dataverse was harder 🤔

Fabric has all the tools you can imagine to transform, enrich, and ultimately generate insights based on your data. But insights aren't complete unless you can drive user actions and business processes. In this session, we will discover how to bring insights you found in Fabric to build apps, drive business processes with Power Automate without data copy, no-ETL, or non-Microsoft integration tools 💪

Based on multiple demos we will explore multiple ways of creating a bi-directional connection between Fabric and Dataverse. From using the default export capabilities toward ways of making Fabric data available in Power Apps via either Power BI or the newest way: virtual tables 🥳

Your key takeaways:
▶️ How to integrate Dataverse with Fabric
▶️ Ways of using Fabric insights in Dataverse / Power Platform
▶️ Further enhancing the usefulness of Fabric by lowering the entry barriers for using it's insights
