Back in 2013, a guy named Ed Finkler opened up about his struggles with mental health issues and being a developer. Fast forward to today, and we have a non-profit whose sole job is to keep the conversation going and empower more developers to be open about mental health in tech. This talk will have some highs, some lows, some awkward audience participation and most importantly, some introspection.
