Is it Quality Assurance or Quality Assistance?

Matthew will explore the difference in attitudes and explain why Quality Assistance is a better solution than Quality Assurance. In this session Matthew will cover aspects of testing that will assist a team in achieving a quality outcome, and how these can be applied in various development methodologies. These will include real life experiences, general discussions and thoughts around how we look at Quality within Software solutions.
