Continuous Discovery - How product teams drive business value & customer value

Product teams often churn out features like a feature factory and yet the value of their work falls short of expectations. The reason is usually the fixation on feature requests and the lack of autonomy, which turns the product teams into victims of their own product. But there is a way out of this dilemma!

As an experienced product consultant, I have accompanied +15 teams on their way to optimizing their product work with the help of Continuous Discovery and would now like to share these experiences.

In my presentation, I will show how product teams can once again become driving forces for business value and customer value. I will share my practical experience with different product teams, tell you about the biggest "fails" with Continuous Discovery and the smartest solutions.
