In this session, we will present our experience with the rapidly evolving landscape of AI in a real-world SaaS application. We will see how we tackled the migration from Azure Cognitive Services LUIS to CLU for intent classification, analyzing the differences and challenges we faced during the migration. We will also look at the possibilities that powerful LLMs like OpenAI's GPT give us, how to integrate such models into our application, and how traditional approaches can still save the day when considering costs, speed, and data security.
