It's been 20 years. No one can question the success of agile and how it has transformed our industry. Yet, many of us feel something is wrong. There are many organizations which struggle deeply with agile concepts. In some circles it isn't even safe to use the word agile without invoking some negative connotations or instant feedback about a bad experience. Even the original agile manifesto signers are raising alarm bells. Why is that? What is wrong with our movement? Where have we gone wrong? Have we lost our way?
