How Working Out Loud can help you change and adapt - and have fun doing it
Working Out Loud (#WOL) is one of the most influential concepts of recent years, helping companies and organisations to support their employees in developing a growth mindset, becoming more agile and finding new ways to generate knowledge. Companies like Bosch, Damiler, VW and Siemens have firmly implemented the method in their companies and thousands of employees have gone through WOL Circles in the last years and many of the participants claim that WOL has positively changed their lives and their attitude towards work. In this session, I will introduce the concepts behind WOL and show concrete examples of how it can change the culture in your business, department and personally, and what is behind the concept of WOL and why it is so successful.
This session is for anyone who wants to learn more about the concept of Working Out Loud and who is looking for a successful approach on how to face the rapidly advancing technology developments as an organisation and personally in order to surf on this wave - and not drown under it.
