Session
Less stress in projects with better requirements engineering
ERP projects often turn into a nightmare because the ideas of the ERP partner and the customer about the scope and content of the project diverge more and more during the course of the project. In IT, the discipline of "Requirements Engineering" has emerged in recent years, which can offer enormous help in carrying out stress-free projects. However, in the ERP business there are some specialities here, as one mainly describes adaptations to the existing base-ERP-system, so-called delta requirements. In addition, the topic of agility brings new challenges, as the requirements are no longer manifested and priced in a document for the entire course of the project at the start of a project as in the traditional waterfall model. In this session, we would like to address the particular challenges of requirements engineering for agile projects in the Microsoft Dynamics ERP environment and discuss best practices.
This session is aimed at consultants, project managers, business managers and sales staff who want to carry out projects with their customers more successfully and stress-free in the future.
