Based on the State Of European Tech Communities that we created as Codemotion in which 250 communities from 33 European countries were involved we will go to:
- understand the impact that active participation has on the path of developers,
- why it is important to take part in community life,
- share success stories of people who have made a career in this world by contributing as active members.
