Lean schema design: How Autodesk brings design and product thinking to engineering teams
Autodesk are evolving processes that bring customer-centric, user-experience-design methodologies into their API design and development lifecycle. They refer to this as API Experience Design, or APIX. In this presentation, Michelangelo explores how engineering teams can use empathy and design practices borrowed from the user experience design field to create user-friendly APIs through early and continuous engagement with customers, creating great API experiences, and user satisfaction.
