nWave, Live: Building With Agents in Front of You
nWave is an open source engineering framework, MIT licensed, co-created with Alessandro
Di Gioia and released in February 2026. This session is not slides about it. It is the
framework driven live, on a real problem, with the agent behavior visible on screen and
the rough edges left in rather than edited out.
Delivered live at the AI Agents Montreal meetup, March 2026, taking a legacy React
codebase and adding a feature with nWave driving. And at Software Crafts Romandie in
Lausanne, on spec-driven AI coding.
