As food safety is rooted in human behavior, it is important to understand the fundamentals from hand care/personal hygiene to safe and excellent service.
Participants will understand the 5 risk factors for Foodborne Illness and control for each, how to safely handle food including personal hygiene, glove use, and more, as well as learn about safe display and service of food.
