Work Environments Built for Human

Neurodiversity is the recognition and respect of the wide range of human neurological differences. It includes but is not limited to people with ADHD, Executive Dysfunction Disorder, and PTSD. Neurodivergent individuals often face challenges in traditional work environments that are not designed to accommodate their needs.

Explore the speaker's own journey in creating a workplace that celebrates and embraces neurodiversity in the workplace and creates an environment that is built for all kinds of humans.

This session explores the nature of working from home and how a company doing this for 4 years prior to the pandemic changed the nature in which they onboard new team members. No prior experience is needed to attend this talk. Good for managers struggling with the new conditions of their teams spread across remote and office work.
