Scalability is one of the challenges that can be solved with Serverless Architecture. However, applying serverless architecture in a solution can be quite challenging. Very often solving one bottleneck can introduce new one. In this session I will introduce the concept of aligned architecture and how to achieve it with Azure Functions as a serverless compute service. Through real life examples I will share the experience of applying Azure Functions in a typical IoT solution. With several demos I will elaborate when and how to use serverless architecture and what to expect on that journey.
