There is a lot of buzz about clean architecture in recent years, both in the .NET ecosystem, and on other platforms. But what clean architecture really is? Is it just a way to organize your solution, a set of patterns to follow, a template to start with, or yet another type of architecture that we need to master in order to stay relevant in our profession? What are the pros and cons for using it? In this talk, we will try to give answers to those questions and take a look into clean architecture with ASP.NET Core through one of the available templates. Additionally, we will see how to use libraries like MediatR, FluentValidation, Respawn, Fluent Assertions... to help us build a robust and maintainable solution.
