Customer Voice architecture and elevating case management process with Power BI and Customer Voice
The architecture of Customer Voice tables in Dataverse and table customizations, survey creation, security and licesing. Also, all the benefits of using Customer Voice with other Power Platform segments to improve current business processes.
The demo will be about using Customer Voice and Power BI in case management process to improve customer experience. At the moment when the average answer to a certain question of the Customer Voice survey falls below the set threshold in general, the already prepared automatic record case creation process will be activated. Report of answers will be presented in a structured Power BI so that users get an insight into how close they are to the new escalation process.
