This session introduces a four-level framework for agent management - identifiable, observable, controllable, governable & maps each level to Microsoft tools you already own. We will separate Entra Agent ID from Agent 365, and get specific about what guardrails actually mean in the Power Platform.

We then walk through one organisation's environment redesign using managed environments, groups and pipelines, before closing on the two traps that catch teams most often: default-environment sprawl, and the licensing bill that follows a badly timed switch to managed.
