Microsoft has shifted modern agents onto the GitHub Copilot harness, the same engine behind its most capable agent tooling, and it arrives with new building blocks, model choice, and consumption-based licensing.

This session explains the new architecture, we will separate the two things sitting under every agent - the AI model that reasons & the harness that supplies its context, tools and guardrails.
