This fireside chat highlights the direct experiences and learnings from State Agencies working through Drupal migration and is geared at uncovering the top challenges, pitfalls, and how to measure success of a project at that scale.

The learnings are from direct stakeholders for the Drupal conversion projects that both the State of Georgia and State of Iowa underwent and is geared to honest and frank discussions about what works, what to be aware of, how to prepare and/or estimate cost, timeline, and bounds for the process, success metrics, how to communicate with agency-level public information officers, and how state government representatives can best be prepared to take on a statewide Drupal conversion.
