Turn Their Stories Into Gold - Building an R&D Knowledge Sharing Culture
We often think of knowledge-sharing as an individual effort: one engineer stepping up to share their experience and story. But in reality, the most impactful and lasting knowledge-sharing practices are built on community. And the most innovative and high-performing R&D cultures are built on continuous learning, collaboration, and the mutual exchange of knowledge and experiences.
But how do you get started and engage people to share their work, especially when they don’t always realize their story is worth telling?
I believe we all have a story worth sharing. In this talk, I’ll share my experience after training hundreds of tech speakers, and cover a handful of power tips that helped me engage even the most introverted people to take a step from the back row to the front and turn their stories into incredibly awesome tech talks. Join me and learn WHY and HOW you can transform your team’s stories into gold and build a thriving knowledge-sharing culture.
