Session
AI-Powered Digital Twins for Real-Time Aerospace Operations with Fabric & Azure IoT
Precision is non-negotiable in aerospace manufacturing. Component failures cost more than downtime—they cost trust. This session dives into how you can construct a real-time Digital Twin of an aerospace production line using Microsoft Fabric Real-Time Intelligence, Azure IoT Operations, and Digital Twin Builder.
You’ll see a live demo simulating sensor feeds from torque wrenches, air pressure systems, vibration monitors, and CNC machines, all routed through Fabric Eventstreams. From there, we’ll use KQL queries and Activator to identify anomalies, trigger alerts, and build a fully interactive Digital Twin that mirrors the shop floor in real time.
We’ll also explore use cases like tool recalibration, part traceability, and predictive maintenance, showing how aerospace teams can ensure production integrity while streamlining compliance. Whether you work in engineering, operations, or analytics, this session delivers hands-on value for turning telemetry into action.
