While global investment in AI surges past trillions, the people who build our cities, serve our food, and maintain our infrastructure remain underserved and invisible in the AI agenda. This talk reframes the global AI narrative around dignity, equity, and inclusion—urging a pivot from elite productivity tools to solutions that empower the world's most numerous workforce: frontline workers. Drawing on real deployments across Asia and the Middle East, we explore how global policy, investment, and innovation must refocus on accessible, infrastructure-aware AI to close the digital and economic divide.
