Climate change and energy transition away from fossils are the urgent and serious topics of our times. They evoke images of fraught conversations among world leaders and natural disasters on the news. But how can we make these topics engaging, even fun?

Data visualisation and story telling in Power BI is one way. I'll give a short presentation of energy data from Our World in Data in Power BI, and show that for every source of clean and sustainable energy, there's a custom visual in power BI to track the progress of its adoption in the ideal way.
