Session
From Brand Guidelines to Branded Presentations: Scaling AFI-U with Copilot Brand Kits
Creating a presentation with Copilot is easy. Ensuring that every presentation follows the organization’s visual identity, uses the right templates and remains consistent across teams is a much bigger challenge.
In this demo-driven session, we will configure an official Microsoft 365 Copilot brand kit for AFI-U. We will explore the differences between personal, shared and official organization brand kits, and examine how governance determines who can create, publish and maintain approved brand assets.
Starting in the Microsoft 365 admin centers, we will create an AFI-U Brand Managers security group, assign the required enterprise brand kit policy and publish an official AFI-U brand kit containing approved logos, colors, fonts, images and PowerPoint templates.
We will then move into PowerPoint and use Copilot to generate a complete AFI-U presentation for a new training program. The demonstration will show how an employee can select the official AFI-U brand kit and create an on-brand presentation without searching for templates, copying slides from previous decks or manually applying visual standards.
Beyond the technical configuration, the session will address an important governance question: how can organizations enable generative content creation at scale without losing control of their identity?
Attendees will learn how to:
* Distinguish between personal, shared and official organization brand kits.
* Configure the Brand Manager role using Microsoft 365 groups and policies.
* Publish and maintain an official organization-wide brand kit.
* Make AFI-U templates and approved brand assets available directly in Copilot.
* Generate a complete branded PowerPoint presentation from a business request.
* Balance user autonomy, brand consistency and organizational governance.
**Title: Scale Your Brand with Copilot Brand Kits**
How can organizations generate presentations with Copilot without losing control of their visual identity?
In this demo-driven session, we will configure and publish an official AFI-U brand kit, define who can manage it, and make approved logos, colors, fonts and PowerPoint templates available across the organization. We will then use Copilot to generate a complete AFI-U presentation based on these shared brand standards.
Attendees will learn how to configure official brand kits, govern brand assets and create consistent, on-brand presentations with Copilot.
