Generative AI has had a breakout year in 2023 - 79% of people say they’ve had some exposure to AI, and 22% say that they are regularly using it in their own work. We are surrounded by a constant influx of news and what feels like an overwhelming set of things to learn when it comes to GenAI. While we all recognize the potential impact of GenAI in redefining operations and roles everywhere, it’s hard to know where to start beyond “ask ChatGPT something”.
