Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) is more than tooling, it's a process and mindset. For new app makers, ALM can be overwhelming. While there are many tools available to assist with ALM, understanding what the tooling is doing and how it can help a project can be a hard bridge to gap.

This workshop is for makers and admins who are less familiar with ALM and how to begin implementing it. Attendees will take a scenario based journey starting with manual ALM, progress to leveraging the pac cli and incrementally build on knowledge to create build pipelines. Finally, learn how you can apply this knowledge in your daily workflow to provide end-to-end visibility in Azure DevOps.
