Extending Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement with Low Code

The "Extending Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement with Low Code" Workshop will begin with a brief overview of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and the concept of Low Code solutions, as well as an explanation of the objectives and expectations of the workshop. The attendees will be welcomed and introduced to the topic they will be learning about throughout the day.

Part 2: Dataverse and Power Apps

In this part, the attendees will be introduced to Dataverse, its architecture, and how it can be used to store and manage data in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement. They will learn about extending the data model on Dataverse and how it can be used to meet specific business requirements.
The attendees will then learn about Power Apps, and how it can be used to create custom forms and apps that meet specific business requirements. They will also learn about the different types of Power Apps, including custom model-driven apps, custom pages, and canvas apps. A hands-on demonstration will be given to show the attendees how to create custom forms and apps using Power Apps.
Part 3: Power Automate

In this part, the attendees will be given an overview of Power Automate, its capabilities, and how it can be used to automate business processes in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement. They will learn how to create workflows to automate common tasks, and a hands-on demonstration will be given to show the attendees how to create workflows to automate specific processes.
Part 4: Power Virtual Agents

In this part, the attendees will be introduced to Power Virtual Agents and its use cases, and learn how to build and deploy chatbots using the platform. A hands-on demonstration will be given to show the attendees how to build a chatbot to handle common customer queries.
Part 5: AI Builder

In this part, the attendees will be given an overview of AI Builder and its capabilities. They will learn how to use AI Builder to build custom models for specific business requirements, and a hands-on demonstration will be given to show the attendees how to build a custom model.
Part 6: Power BI

In this part, the attendees will be introduced to Power BI and its capabilities. They will learn how to create reports and dashboards for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement data, and how to embed Power BI in Dynamics 365. A hands-on demonstration will be given to show the attendees how to create and publish reports and dashboards.
The workshop will conclude with a wrap-up and Q&A session, where the attendees will be given a summary of the key takeaways from the day. They will also have the opportunity to ask any remaining questions, and the I will answer them to ensure that all the attendees have a clear understanding of the concepts covered during the workshop
