Build Innovative Teams: Develop a Generative Organizational Culture
Did you know that establishing an organizational culture that focuses on high-trust and information transparency is indicative of software delivery performance and organizational performance in technology? That’s what the research shows from DevOps Research and Assessment
(DORA). Not only that, with this type of culture, you can also increase innovation, have higher employee retention and employee satisfaction.
Sounds great - but how do you get there? You have to start with tools that will help you increase psychological safety.
In this workshop, we’ll start by establishing a baseline - we'll explore one of the ways you can determine what level of psychological
safety currently exists for you and your teams. Then we’ll engage in some techniques to increase trust levels and information flow. Then we’ll explore ways to measure your own or your team’s progress in increasing psychological safety, and building that generative culture that will deliver results for your organization.
