Developer Experience (DevEx) can mean different things for different people. As a team focused on enhancing other teams' DevEx we've had to be systematic about it. But what can a small team do to scale their work when the developers are in the hundreds?

In this talk we briefly introduce our definition and approach to DevEx at SOK. We will share some examples of initiatives we have and things that seem to work. The focus will be on the internal product we have built to support the growing needs of our engineers and the industry.
This is a little story of being at the right place at the right time.
