Microsoft Fabric for mere mortals
Microsoft Fabric, hailed as Microsoft's "biggest data product in history after SQL Server," offers powerful capabilities but comes with a steep learning curve. The myriad of choices within Fabric can be overwhelming, with multiple ways to tackle tasks, not all of which are equally efficient.
This workshop serves as a definitive roadmap to understanding Microsoft Fabric - and how to leverage it to suit your needs. We will demystify the core concepts and components necessary to build, manage, and administer robust data solutions within this game-changing product. As I firmly believe in the "learning by doing" mantra, during the workshop, you'll get an opportunity to put Microsoft Fabric to action and build your own end-to-end analytic solution using numerous Fabric components and features.
Once we’re done, you’ll get a better understanding of Microsoft Fabric and its various components and how it fits into your organizational data workloads. Also, you'll learn how to apply Microsoft Fabric effectively in your day-to-day job.
Learning objectives:
1. Implement Microsoft Fabric workloads in real-life scenarios
2. Understand various Fabric concepts and components
3. Learn when to choose what in the context of the Microsoft Fabric ecosystem
Prerequisites:
