I know it, you know it, but many might still wonder why. Migration projects are not easy to "sell" and can be very complicated, very costly and seldom are remembered with joy. I have recently completed an Azure migration which happily ended in a success and I am happy to share all the juicy details, both technical and non-technical. There were plenty of challenges along the way and I did have to joggle here and there. I learned a lot from this project and I believe that you will be surprised once or twice, maybe even inspired.
