This will be a workshop to get beginner level developers started with PWA.
Will touch upon differences between web and pwa.
Then some core concepts like Service Workers, a few caching strategies and finally hit coding on an online IDE sycned with GitHub so that everyone is on the same page.
Will keep it stress free coding session, something similar to Qwiklabs.
