Creating Unity Through Collaborative Problem Solving
This class is aimed at helping you learn how to visualise the problems in any system (eg department, organisation, club). It will provide clarity over why efforts to introduce change usually fail. It will also introduce you to an approach that can create unity among people impacted by the system, and those who have the ability to change it. This unity is the first step toward successfully introducing any change.
What Students Get:
Familiarity with Theory of Constraints and systems thinking
Understanding that the problems in complex systems are often not immediately obvious
Knowledge of how to expose the complexity in a way that increases unity and collaboration, with some sense of how it's done.
