- the different types of power people have : personal and social: how do we relate with our and how do we use it?
- The impact of rank and privileges on group dynamics: how aware are we of our own privileges, how do we use them consciously or unconsciously.
- Power dynamics, ranks ans conflict : what is the influence of ranks and power on the way a group addresses conflict
