Replacing Human Departments With AI Swarms (While Humanizing The Process)

And that's where it gets interesting.
See, most people are still thinking about AI like it's 2023. One agent. One task. "Hey ChatGPT, write this email." That's not a swarm. That's a glorified intern.
A swarm is when you have:
* A manager agent that delegates and prioritizes
* Worker agents that execute specific functions
* A QA agent that reviews output
* A decision-making agent that escalates edge cases
* Memory systems that learn from past decisions
* Feedback loops that improve the entire operation
* And MCPs that power these agents.
This session will be about answering the 'Is it possible?', 'How are you able to do it?', 'Is it resulting in human-like results?', and all the other questions AI enthusiasts have.

We'll talk about the key to running swarms - human processes. I'll include case studies and show how my entire departments are automated, and how you can automate anything whose process you understand with your human brain.

And yes, how MCPs play a role in this.
