This session presents Stefanini’s journey building a global self-service DevOps platform to accelerate AI-driven SDLC without compromising security, governance, or standardization. The architecture uses layered cloud native building blocks: secure network controls, a shared platform services cluster (Argo CD, Grafana, Loki, Thanos, and self-hosted runners), and Kubernetes compute clusters for product workloads. It explains how GitOps bootstrap and reusable templates reduce environment provisioning time, while the Resource Automation Template (RAT) translates YAML definitions into governed Terraform workflows with security gates before apply. Attendees will learn practical patterns for multi-region scale, policy enforcement, and operating an open source platform stack in production.
