As the SSDLC Process Owner at SEB Bank, I will present my experience in developing and implementing a Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) for a large bank.

In this session we will see the challenges encountered while establishing an SSDLC process, and the importance of a quality-first mindset and cross-collaboration among teams.

We will also learn about the delicate balance of regulatory requirements, business objectives, and the efficient delivery of value to customers while practicing Continuous Delivery in a big Enterprise, and how testing is an inseparable part of every stage of the development process.
