A common misconception about Node.js is that it is single-threaded. While this was true in the past, today, Node.js is effectively a multi-threaded runtime, and it has been for the past six years. However, most developers do not know how to leverage multi-threading in their applications.

This workshop will explore best practices and tools for building multi-threaded applications with Node.js. We will cover Worker, postMessage, SharedArrayBuffer, and Atomics to support synchronous and asynchronous communication between threads.
