Many transformations flounder on the rocks of misunderstanding what agile is (and isn't). This talk will examine some of the obvious and perhaps not so obvious causes of transformational failure and what earnest agilists can try to do about it before we start our engagements and during them and the kind of conversations we should have and with whom to increase the chances of transformative success.
