2023 saw a major transition for the Student Experience Network in Australia with the old team, led by a general manager of 17 years, transitioning out of the business and heralding a new era for the association, including a new location, new members, new business structure, and new organizational values and ethos. The session explores the concerns heading into a significant transformational change, the learning along the way, and the progress for the organization and membership 12 months on.
