There were more than two million UK job vacancies in tech last year, more than any other labour area, but 12 million workers lack essential digital skills.

As agencies we've all felt that impact: increasing time and cost to recruit; delays to projects, staff burn out.

In this talk I'll show how we can all build a pipeline of capable, talented and enthusiastic developers using early careers training programs like Apprenticeships in the UK, Umbraco Education Program and Umbraco Junior Developer Acceleration Program, as well as community engagement programs like our Lego based Coding and Robotics Club.
