The pressure to bring high-quality products in the lowest time as possible is a common challenge for modern companies. A traditional software lifecycle model implies that the testing is performed only at the end of the product development cycle. The new trend is continuous integration/continuous delivery with end to end test automations and is being practiced by leading industry, maximizing scalability and speed. This session explores how is the modern approach compared to traditional approach one, the presenters will explain how the Agile (SAFe) framework was applied to their software development process explaining the CI/CD processes and advantages, sharing a suggestion on how to implement a test automation pipeline using Microsoft Azure DevOps(ADO), as well as the results achieved in ExxonMobil Chemical IT organization.
